theSKINBOX is a founder-led strategic advisory and intelligence platform. Every mandate has one senior, accountable strategic lead, with specialist scientific, clinical, regulatory, statistical, technological or commercial expertise brought in when the question requires it.
We work with the capabilities already present inside client organisations and add independent perspective and external expertise where they strengthen the decision.
theSKINBOX designs each engagement around the decision to be made, the evidence required and the people responsible for implementation.
We are engaged to challenge as well as support. Our recommendations are grounded in evidence, context and long-term value, not in confirming a predetermined answer. Where the evidence indicates that a concept should be revised, redirected or paused, we say so clearly.
Every mandate is directed by Dr. Yuliya Zielinski. Clients work directly with experienced decision-makers and retain one accountable point of contact from the initial question through to the final recommendation or implementation phase.
For selected projects, theSKINBOX brings together specialist expertise from its international network, which may include clinical, regulatory, statistical, scientific, technological, market or communication expertise.
The team is defined by the requirements of the mandate rather than by a fixed consulting structure. Roles, responsibilities and external contributions remain transparent to the client.
Our involvement does not necessarily end with an assessment or presentation. Where required, theSKINBOX can remain involved through clinical and real-world evidence delivery, stakeholder alignment, professional education, organisational design, operating-model development or interim leadership.
The objective is consistent: to move from a stronger decision to credible implementation.
